You have submitted your subscription agreement. Here is what will happen next:
You will receive an email from DocuSign confirming that your subscription agreement has been accepted by staff. This usually happens within 72 hours. If any information is missing or needs to be updated, we will reach out to you with more information.
You will be emailed a receipt when your funds are deposited (by cheque, e-transfer, or pre-authorized debit). The funds will be transferred to the escrow agent, who will hold all funds in trust until we are in a position to purchase the first property.
You will receive regular updates on the progress of the Co-operative, and opportunities to get involved (including providing feedback on any property acquisition).

Payment Methods
On the DocuSign form, you selected your preferred method of paying the subscription amount to Union Co-operative. We have provided the payment instructions again below for easy access.
By Cheque
Please mail the cheque, made payable to Union: Sustainable Development Co-operative, to:

By E-Transfer
Note that multiple E-Transfers may be required if the subscription amount exceeds your daily E-Transfer limit. If you pay using multiple E-Transfers, your receipt will be issued after the full amount has been paid.

Transferred funds will be automatically deposited. No security question is required. Please ensure that your first and last name are included (as they appear on the subscription agreement) in the E-Transfer (e.g., the account is in your name, or write a message to accompany the E-Transfer).
By Pre-Authorized Debit
The subscription amount will be automatically withdrawn from your bank account. This is a one-time withdrawal only. Union Co-operative initiates withdrawals on the 1st and 15th day of each month (“Withdrawal Initiation Date”) for all subscriptions received at least one day before the Withdrawal Initiation Date. Due to varying processing times of financial institutions, there may be a delay of several days between the Withdrawal Initiation Date and the day on which the funds are withdrawn from your account.
